Traditional Builds

Corn Mill Court has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the traditional builds of New Mills, with all the advantages of new-build methods. Our development sits on the land which formerly housed a corn mill and an adjoining bakehouse and stable, a piece of history which had almost been lost over time but will now be preserved in the street name. Based in New Mills, an increasingly popular community that’s fast becoming a Derbyshire hot spot, with many town events throughout the year. There’s plenty to do for outdoor enthusiasts too, from walking and cycling on public footpaths and bridleways to paddleboarding on the Peak Forest Canal and rock climbing in the nearby Peak District National Park.
What’s more, Corn Mill Court is ideally located a stone’s throw away from New Mills Newtown Train Station, with its commuter links to Buxton and Manchester Piccadilly. Additionally, New Mills Central Train Station has commuter links to Manchester Piccadilly and Sheffield – the station is only a short walk away when utilising the public footpath down to The Torrs Riverside Park and back up to the station.
